How It Works
What We Measure
Your reputation score is based on three independent factors that determine how potential customers perceive your business online.
Star Rating Analysis
47 ptsWe analyse your Google rating against a high bar — anything below 4.8 stars loses significant points.
Review Volume
35 ptsHow much evidence backs your rating. Under 15 reviews this works against you, because a near-empty record gives a stranger nothing to trust.
Online Presence
18 ptsDo customers find your website and phone number? Missing contact info costs you credibility.
That is the whole formula. Review volume is the one part that can go negative: below 15 reviews it subtracts, because a near-empty review record is a reason for caution rather than a neutral fact, and no score ever falls below 0. The score rates the strength of a business’s public review record, not the quality of its work, and it is calculated only from public Google data. Placement cannot be bought, and your local rank is reported separately rather than folded into the number.
